Deptford X Residency update


Feeling so grateful to have such amazing support & creating beautiful artwork alongside the talented @safalalaala & @azarraamoy 💛💜❤️

Despite me being stuck in the truly dreadful new normal chronic traffic jams for 4 HOURS!!! 🤯 as I travelled from NWLondon for the install of my exhibition in SELondon, yes 4 HOURS* , it was pure bliss to be in this lovely art bubble. Hoping to bring a bit of colourful carnival joy to those stuck in traffic along Brookmill Road, SE8.

*Okay @transportforlondon you win 😔- I’ll get my face mask 😷& will ride with you to get across London this morning 😩

A stall table filled with items, a board game, playing cards, a stuffed toy, crumpled papers and the main item your eye is drawn to is a magazine that has a dressed in full carnival costume, green and gold bra, headdress, jewellery and large plume of feathers. The front of the magazine reads, 501 must-be-there-events.
