Tighten up is a group exhibition that investigates the racist, sexist and homophobic ideas that permeate sporting culture. Exploring the notion that sport is an arena for the performance of gender.
The exhibition features works from 14 London based artists who expand on this idea through their chosen medium which includes painting, performance and film.
Warning: The exhibition looks at the themes of racism, sexism and homophobia.
Featuring work by Lily Kemp, Kawa, Hallam Wood, Emily Murayama, Ricardo Guimarães, Hilda Korti, Samir Sadik, Paris Veazy, Meitao Qu, Lucinda Perkins, Dwayne Williams, Grace Mattingly, Abi Ola, and Alex Wheldon.
