This study explores the emotional and atmospheric dynamics of “contained spaces,” aiming to convey the nuanced sensations that arise from being enclosed, whether physically, emotionally, or psychologically. The focus of the paintings is on the subtle but powerful influence of environmental factors—pressure, lighting, sound, and vibration—on human experience within these spaces.
