Mother & daughter exhibition of paintings and experimental photography. Playing with reality and fake news.
Sarah Garrod photographs reality and doctors it with paint, collage, and drawing. She uses darkroom and cyanotype printing to explore reality and fake news – mermaids on the Thames, elongated skulls, objects becoming space vessels. Daughter Tabitha Griffiths is a promising artist making links between Past (classicism, ancient artifacts) and Present (feminism, surrealism).
Sun 27 Oct – Drop-In Halloween Drawing: 1.30 – 4 pm, All ages (children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult)
