This project collaborates with local cafés to collect food waste, transforming it into biomaterials which are then converted into textiles. The work displayed at the café is created out of the waste generated from the café itself, making sustainability visible and tangible—celebrating everyday waste, creative reuse, and the café’s role in local circular practices.
