Hire event space

Deptford X Event Space is available to book Monday - Sunday. We are located on 9 Brookmill Road, London, SE8 4HL.

Our Events Space is available in a variety of set-ups to suit your needs. Capacity is approximately 40 people seated, 60 standing. Up to 20 folding chairs and 6 large folding tables are available for use if required. There is a small kitchen area (fridge, sink, worktop) which is shared with the Deptford X offices. Wi-Fi is available on request, by prior arrangement. The space is approximately 8 x 10 metres and the ceiling height is 2.7 metres.

The space is wheelchair accessible, with 1 accessible washroom facility. There is step-free access and are also able to set up ramps directly in front of our door if requested in advance.

Each bookable half-day session lasts 4 hrs, inclusive of set-up and get-out. Earlier access times for set-up can sometimes be arranged on request, subject to staff availability.

Reduced rates are available to registered charities, community groups and other not-for-profit organisations.

Booking Process

Provisional bookings can be held for free for up to 2 weeks. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of payment, (£40) cleaning deposit and completed booking form and hire agreement. Your cleaning deposit will be refunded if your event space is returned in the condition you found it.
