FareShare London saves good food destined for waste and send it to charities and community groups who transform it into nutritious meals for vulnerable people.
They are always looking for people to volunteer their time. You can sort food in the Deptford warehouse, prepare orders for delivery, accompany the drivers to deliver food or drive the vans yourself, or take up a role in the office to help support the team. Open from Monday to Saturday, it’s physical, fun and sociable.
To find out more, email volunteerlondon@fareshare.org.uk or visit the website.
